MAG2000X™
The MAG2000X™ represents the most advanced state of the art torch system on the market today. Cut, gouge or pierce any material in seconds for a variety of work benefits. For example, effect emergency repairs, routine maintenance or salvage with the same torch. Use an arc rod to get incredibly long cuts. Our patented arc rods last up to 20 minutes of continuous cutting on land, and several minutes of underwater cutting. Set up takes five minutes. Hook the oxygen hose to a regulated bottle. Connect the cable to a D.C. welder if arc mode is desired. Insert a rod and you are ready to begin cutting. Divers can now forget material barriers. Flame tubes can cut through rust, scale, paint, slag, concrete linings, barnacles and more. With both rods at your disposal, small wonder this is such a popular model.
MAG2000GX™
The MAG2000GX™ comes with everything listed in the MAG2000X™ in addition to a Lincoln Ranger DC welder with AC auxillary power. The system ships with CGA540 oxygen cylinder, two-stage CGA540 precision oxygen regulator and thirty feet of R grade oxygen hose. Get the oxygen bottle filled and the system is completely operational. When it comes to underwater repair and maintenance, or scrap, dismantling and salvage, this system will cut any and all materials. Use it in the shop, on the pier, or on a floating work station with confidence. The gas driven power source offers ten-thousand watts of power, more than enough for most assignments. Use it with our fin wrap underwater cutting tubes and watch your productivity soar. Flame tubes burn through rust, scale, paint, slag and more.
Fin Wrap cutting tubes
Our MAG3818X™ underwater cutting tubes come in both eighteen inch and thirty-six inch lengths and .375 diameters. They are designed to fit into any standard .375 brass collet. The double spiral wrap design encourages reliable, sustained burns with no side burning or flare outs. Each cutting tube is wrapped in two directions on a lathe with the tip left bare for ignition and the back left bare for easy insertion into the brass collet. Cutting tubes are seamless and come in both traditional copper cladding or a newly developed galfan zinc and aluminum coating rated to 3000 salt water hours.
Wet welding electrodes
Our MAG6013X™ wet welding electrodes come in several types and sizes for repair and maintenance. Mild steel, stainless steel and nickel encompass the majority of applications. Frequent lab testing and field trials have resulted in a proprietary waterproof coating that ensures the factory flux maintains integrity. Our electrodes are AWS cross references for your convenience.
Underwater Cutting Torch
Our MAG2001X™ underwater cutting torch is guaranteed to cut longer. Our newly designed Blackhawk™ torch is state-of-the-art LPHV (low pressure high volume) and displays numerous features and benefits over other cutting torches. The copolymer body is secured with stainless steel body bolts for easy cleaning after use in salt water conditions. Observe the lower feathering oxygen regulator allowing divers to control their oxygen pressure without tender intervention. The valve comes with a stainless steel spring that resists corrosion and maintains its tension over time.
