 
Shallow water cutting can be handled by our 9000 backpack series. Our backpack cutting systems are designed to work in limited underwater situations for emergency extrication, emergency egress, or ad hoc repair and maintenance situations where the scope of the job is small yet submerged, making standard repairs impractical.
Standard flame cutting consumables suffice for most fresh water assignments. The tubes can be easily ignited above surface and then submerged for underwater cutting of sign posts, old fences and more. Old storm grates are easy for this system. In saltwater situations, a coated flame tube is recommended.
MAG9003™ Amphibian for both land and underwater applications
Statistically, most underwater repairs are performed no more than twenty feet beneath the water surface. Our new portable system not only performs from a solid platform, it also suffices as a flotation device in special circumstances. Use it for underwater repair, maintenance, salvage and scrap in addition to emergency response for both land and sea applications. Incredibly powerful for a compact unit. The newly created remote ignition switch provides ultimate diver control over the ignition circuit. The cylinders boast standard CGA540 fill valves for rapid filling at standard oxygen service locations. Each system ships completely operational once the oxygen cylinders are filled. Fifty cutting rods are included with the system. For those situations when a welding machine is not practical, the MAG9003™ is the solution. A 50' umbilical includes oxygen hose, ground clamp, ground cable, torch cable, solenoid, remote switch and cable ties for a completely self-contained and self-sufficient cutting system. Roll it or float it, the system is designed to accommodate the most challenging field conditions. Even arctic conditions are now match for the output of this innovative design.

MAG2000GX™ Complete system with Lincoln Ranger™.
Magnum's comprehensive system will ship with gauges, cables and consumables so the system is turn key except for the oxygen bottle. The system will include spare parts for the torch in addition to a 50' umbilical for oxygen and current. Also included will be a precision two stage oxygen regulator, arc cutting rods and flame cutting tubes for cutting any material in seconds. Like our other systems, a 400 amp stinger and welding electrodes will also be supplied. The entire system can be palleted for shipping anywhere around the globe for immediate deployment.

MAG2000X™ Underwater cutting system with knife switch.
Are you using the latest technology? Oxyacetylene, plasma arc, and air arc cannot equal the power and performance of the our most popular MAG2000+™. The most advanced state of the art torch system on the market today generates twice the cutting heat of oxyacetylene. Like a Swiss Army Knife, this system is capable of over 24 separate industrial processes with a mere change in operator hand position. Quickly cut, gouge or pierce any material in seconds using oxygen as the sole gas. The dual purpose torch conveniently operates in both arc mode and flame mode. Use an arc rod to get the longest cuts ever recorded for a consumable to expediently cut scrap, perform dismantling or effect salvage. Realize up to twenty minutes of plate cutting using a modest 225 amp welder. The flame mode is ideal for remote repair and maintenance when the service truck is not nearby.
A single cylinder of oxygen allows the torch to become fully operational. There is no more powerful cutting resource available. Best of all, the system is easy to use. There are no gases to mix or settings to adjust. One valve controls the oxygen pressure and thereby the flame length. An optional extender provides additional reach for cutting and piercing materials like manganese or rock. Ease of use and control allows the torch to cut sheet metal or materials up to six inches in thicknesses.
