MAG2000GW™
The MAG2000GW™ is the absolute ultimate integrated cutting and welding combination and comes with everything listed in our popular MAG2000+™ system above in addition to an oxygen cylinder and Lincoln Ranger gas driven welder. The package ships with CGA precision oxygen regulator and thirty feet of R grade oxygen hose (more if needed). Also included will be both arc and flame consumables for cutting any material in seconds. Like our other systems, a 400 amp stinger and welding electrodes will be added to the order without charge. The entire system is palleted, plastic wrapped, and ready to ship anywhere around the globe for immediate deployment on land or sea.
MAG4000™
The MAG4000™ is designed as an entry level system; yet, with plenty of power. The torch accommodates flame cutting consumables to melt any material. The portable model ships with hose, torch and a 12 volt cable ignition for connecting to any battery source. Throw the system in the back of your truck or take it on a private plane to a remote location in the wilderness to cut, gouge or pierce almost anything. This lightweight torch will not let you down and has been successfully deployed in such areas as the remote jungles of South America on the back of a burro to repair plantation equipment and more. When uptime is critical, there is no better asset in a repairman's arsenal.
Flame cutting tubes

Flame cutting tubes are designed to burn at a ten-thousand degree temperature without any additional assistance other than cylinder oxygen. Flame tubes can cut, gouge, pierce and more, faster than any rival process on the market. The ionized particle stream requires no gas other than oxygen. The length of the flame is adjusted by a single valve at the torch base to raise or lower the oxygen pressure. Flame tubes can be bent for all position access. Flame tubes also come in two lengths depending upon the cutting situation. There is no more efficient process when it comes to repair and maintenance in both shop and field situations. Flame tubes are not only an essential tool for land technicians, when wrapped they are also the most popular cutting process for divers around the world.
Arc cutting rods
Our tests showed the MAG1200™ to be the most powerful cutting rod on the market when it comes to scrap, dismantling and salvage. We cut through a linear foot of 1 1/2” rusty plate in 20 seconds using less than 1/4” of cutting rod in the process. Cuts as long as 20 minutes have been documented making this rod quite cost effective for long cutting assignments. When it comes to durational cutting power our arc cutting rods are the pound for pound leaders. A welding helmet is mandatory because of UV rays present in the arc. Be sure to use standard shop practices and safety procedures identical to those used in welding.
